The house that was used to film the classic sitcom 'The Brady Bunch' may be demolished if no one buys it. The home is currently on sale for $1.88 million and is located right along the LA River.
While people who love family show's from the 70s may find immense value in the property, others are more interested in the land it is situated on.
"They might tear down, but the listing agent said the family was hoping to get someone to preserve the house, and I don't know if a developer will pay that much," Jodie Levitus Francisco said, according to NowThis.
The house is 2,477 square feet and is located in Studio City, Los Angles. Complete with 2 master suites, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms, 'The Brady Bunch' home is the perfect place for a big family.

The previous owners of the house were there for over 45 years and never minded when tourists stopped by to take photos.
