Chris Brown's lawyer obviously doesn't know that using pornography as a defense in a rape lawsuit isn't exactly what the jury wants to hear. The rapper is currently involved in a highly-publicized lawsuit for imprisoning a woman and allowing her to be sexually assaulted by his friend, Lowell Grissom.

According to reports from The Blast, Brown is using the statements provided by Jane Doe to against her, in order to release him from any participation and criminal involvement. Though admitting to the incident taking place at his house and providing drugs before the incident occurred, Brown claims that since he did not physically touch the victim, he can not be held responsible.

The rapper says that while the assault took place, he was “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” in a different room, therefore he "had his hands full."

Though the incident is still under police investigation, Brown is working to get his name dismissed from the civil lawsuit.
